Interbike Report – Rocky Mountain

Skiershop and Bike Stowe is proud to announce that we will be developing a relationship with Rocky Mountain Bicycles!  Out of all the brands we’ve tried and viewed at the NEMBA Festival, Vermont MTB Festival, our own demo days, and of course Interbike, Rocky Mountain has stood out as both one of the best products and a very well run, rider driver company.  They offer an incredible variety of mountain bikes for all consumers whether you’re looking for an entry level bike or the latest and greatest technology.

We were able to try out quite a few different Rocky Mountain bikes at the Interbike Dirt Demo and were treated to a rundown on the entire line of bikes by Mark and the rest of the Rocky Mountain crew.  Check out the pictures below and read about some of our favorites, surprises, and overall highlights of the Rocky Mountain lineup.

There will be a lot more information about Rocky Mountain Bicycles to come!  You’ll all get a chance to ride these awesome bikes as Rocky Mountain will be joining us at many events to come (hopefully The Leaf Blower!) and Skiershop and Bike Stowe will have plenty of these bikes available for demo during the 2013 season.    We will be releasing full ride reports of the Slayer, Altitude, and Element  – the core of the Rocky Mountain offerings.

For those of you unaware – the 2nd annual Leaf Blower Fall Classic MTB event will be happening at Skiershop and Bike Stowe again!  You can find the event page here.   Make sure you preregister if you want a t-shirt!  Just like last year there will be numerous group rides, great food and drink, MTB games and events, and of course excellent company!  We’ll also have lots of demo bikes if you want to take a snazzy new bike on your group ride of choice.  More information and reminders to come.  See you there!
